Over the centuries, the Manor was the home of nuns and then the property of noble lineages. Today it is the home of the Hamelin family, and has been for more than 427 years. This manor was transformed into guest rooms and table d’hôtes in the 1980s.
The Manoir d'Hautegente has now become a 4-star hotel with its 17 rooms and its gourmet restaurant. Inhabited and operated by Patrick, his Canadian wife, Marie-Josée, and their 6 children, this charming residence has retained the authenticity and charm of yesteryear, while offering comfort and current decoration, for our greatest happiness.
